Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to permanently delete your Meltdown SOS account and all associated data.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be irreversibly removed.

What Gets Deleted

Your account profile and authentication credentials

All child profiles and their associated data

All chat conversations and message history

Incident logs and AI-generated guidance history

Routines, journal entries, and check-in data

Push notification tokens and preferences

Subscription information (active subscriptions should be cancelled separately via your app store)

Open the Meltdown SOS app on your device

Go to Settings (bottom tab bar)

Scroll to the Account section

Tap Delete account

Confirm the deletion in the dialog

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Send a request from the email address associated with your account.

Or email us directly at privacy@meltdownsos.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
